Metal rivets are moisture resistant so you can take the bag anywhere

To close the bag more securely, you can insert the linen bag (which comes with the bag) inside.

At Muntané BCN we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchases.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return process as long as the following conditions are met:

  1. Return Term: We will not accept returns that exceed 4 days from the date of delivery of the item. Otherwise the package will be returned.
  2. Item Status: Returned products must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
  3. Shipping Cost Reimbursement: Customers will not be reimbursed for initial or return shipping costs*.

*Due to the emissions generated by national and international transport, returns carry a fixed cost of shipping. The cost will vary depending on the area from which the return is made, such as the peninsula (€4.13), the Balearic Islands (€6.25), the Canary Islands (€8.75).

This cost will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed to the client.

 

Shipments take between 3 and 5 working days, once the order is prepared.

NEFASTA LA ENTREGA

Hola, me sabe mal comunicar que mi producto no está entregado; después de varios ‘intentos’ no reales por parte de CORREOS, me informan que he de pasar a recogerlo por sus oficinas. Por desgracia, siempre hay una persona en casa, porque mi madre tiene dependencia total. Así que lo que iba a ser una sorpresa para una amiga, creo que se ha convertido en un dolor de cabeza. Aunque seguramente me encantará el bolso, porque me gusta vuestro trabajo, la empresa de transport no está a la altura.

¡Hola Victòria! Lamentamos mucho los problemas con la entrega. La empresa que gestiona los enívos es externa y no está bajo nuestro control, lo que a veces complica las cosas. Además, en agosto es común que haya menos personal por vacaciones, lo que puede causar retrasos. Aún así, te pedimos disculpas por las molestias y esperamos que disfrutes del bolso. ¡Gracias por tu comprensión!

How much is the shipping?

Shipping costs €3.75.
How can I check the status of my order?

A confirmation email will be sent to you, along with the package shipping number. Follow the order on the post office website.
Are shipments made to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, Tenerife and the Balearic Islands?

Yes of course. Although the shipping prices are a bit higher.
How do I return the product?

If you do not like the product and want to change it (and it has not been more than 7 days), you have to go to the post office with the package and return it there.
What do I do if the product arrives damaged during transport?
