How much is the shipping?

  • In Spain Balearic Islands: €5.60.
  • In Spain Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla: €9.44.
  • In Portugal: €5.79.
How can I check the status of my order?

A confirmation email will be sent to you along with the shipping number of the Post Office package. Follow the order on the Correos website.
Are shipments made to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, Tenerife and the Balearic Islands?

Yes of course. Although the shipping prices are a bit higher.
How do I return the product?

If you don't like the product and want to change it (and it hasn't been more than 7 days), contact us and we'll send you a return label.

You have to go to the post office with the package and the label that we have provided you, and return it there.
What do I do if the product arrives damaged during transport?

Get in touch with us and make a return.
