To close the bag more securely, you can insert the linen bag (which comes with the bag) inside.
At Muntané BCN we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchases.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return process as long as the following conditions are met:
- Return Term: We will not accept returns that exceed 4 days from the date of delivery of the item. Otherwise the package will be returned.
- Item Status: Returned products must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
- Shipping Cost Reimbursement: Customers will not be reimbursed for initial or return shipping costs*.
*Due to the emissions generated by national and international transport, returns carry a fixed cost of shipping. The cost will vary depending on the area from which the return is made, such as the peninsula (€4.13), the Balearic Islands (€6.25), the Canary Islands (€8.75).
This cost will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed to the client.
Shipments take between 3 and 5 working days, once the order is prepared.

How much is the shipping?
- In Spain Peninsula, shipping costs €3.95.
- In Spain Balearic Islands, shipping costs €5.60.
- In Spain, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, shipping costs €9.44.
- In Portugal, shipping costs €5.79.
How can I check the status of my order?
A confirmation email will be sent to them, together with the shipping number of the Post Office package. Follow the order on the Correos website.
Are shipments made to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, Tenerife and the Balearic Islands?
Yes of course. Although the shipping prices are a bit higher.
How do I return the product?
If you don't like the product and want to change it (and it hasn't been more than 7 days*), contact us and we'll send you a return label.
You have to go to the post office with the package and the label that we have provided you, and return it there.
What do I do if the product arrives damaged during transport?
Get in touch with us and make a return.
